Cupcakes with fresh fruit on top should be refrigerated and eaten on the day of purchase.
All other cupcakes should be stored at cool room temperature and eaten within 48 hours of purchase, to enjoy that fresh baked taste.
If you're buying cupcakes and need to keep them overnight or for a day or two, we don't recommend you buy strawberry or raspberry cupcakes as the fresh fruit will not keep that long.
During particularly hot weather or humid days cupcakes should be stored in the fridge or somewhere cool like a pantry or garage, but please remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to eating so the butter can soften.
Our cupcakes are baked in the old fashioned way, using no preservatives, therefore the shelf life is not as long as something you would buy from the supermarket.
